If you are here, it means you are trying to get into your Quest and something is blocking you. This is completely normal. The steps below will help you get back in quickly.

1. I signed up but I cannot log in

Check that you are using the correct email, then click “Forgot Password” to reset. If the reset email does not arrive, email us at support@gritgrow.co.za and we will help you.

Check your spam or junk folder. Search for “Moodle”. If you still cannot find it, email us at support@gritgrow.co.za and we will resend it.

This happens sometimes with auto-generated passwords.
Click “Lost password”, follow the prompts, set your own password, then log in again.

Request a new password reset. Make sure your browser is not autofilling an old password. If the problem continues, email support@gritgrow.co.za .

Make sure you click on the My Courses tab or tap the little graduation hat icon if you are using the Moodle app. Your course should appear there. If it still does not appear, please contact us at support@gritgrow.co.za and we will help you.

Refresh the page and double check that you clicked on the “Mark as done” button. It must turn green and say Done. Make sure you opened all parts of the activity. Moodle sometimes needs a few minutes to sync. If it still does not show complete, email support@gritgrow.co.za and we will help.

You have most likely missed marking yesterday’s activity as complete. Go back to the previous day, click the Mark as done button, and wait for the six hour time delay to pass. Once the delay is over, today’s activity will become available.

Switch to Chrome. Disable ad blockers. Turn off private browsing. Try a different connection if possible.

Use your browser instead of the Moodle app. Clear your cache. Switch between wifi and data.
