GRIT in Five — Day 29
Food for Thought

I’ve come to realize something. The areas of my life that are flourishing, when I think about them, I feel proud. I feel love towards them. I don’t worry about them and there’s definitely more gratitude.

The areas that are struggling, I have a very different perception of them. I don’t look at them with love and pride and there’s very little gratitude.

What if gratitude was the way we could start to shift this? Not overnight, not instantly, but slowly and surely.

On the next screen, you will see the eight areas of your life. I want you to take a moment to rate your level of gratitude for each area.

Important disclaimer: this is not a moment to feel poorly about something you should have done differently. This is a moment of courage, to look at and slowly start to transform the areas in your life that you know you would like to enhance.

Your Gratitude, Ranked

Here is where your gratitude sits right now, from the most to the least.

Well done.

Take a moment to acknowledge yourself. You just did something really brave. You shone a light on something you may not have seen before.

Gratitude
Today’s move: take some time to reflect on three things that you are grateful for in this area of your life. It does not have to be big and dramatic, it can be small. Write them on a piece of paper, fold the paper up and say, thank you, thank you, thank you, three times.
Repeat 1 of 3
I am grateful for where I am and every day I am creating more of what I want.
Magic, In Motion.

See you tomorrow.
