Welcome to part 3 of the mini series on letting go. I really hope you have started to feel some release over the last 2 days. My hope is that, if nothing else, you are noticing things you did not notice before and choosing to let some things go instead of holding onto them.
Today we are going to let go of something that no longer serves us, something we have probably been telling ourselves our whole lives that is not even true.
The truth is even these small things are deeply transformational. This work can feel heavy, but we are going to keep setting the intention to keep it light.
What are some of the labels you have given yourself that no longer serve you?
Here are some examples to help you get going.
When you believe this about yourself, it forms a part of who you are, and so that is exactly what you will continue to do. How crazy.
If you are struggling to find a label that no longer fits, just think about something you find challenging.
Then ask yourself, what am I believing about myself that could be creating this in my reality?
Here are a few examples, but I would prefer if you chose your own, something you really believe about yourself, and when you think about it, it does not feel great.
I’m disorganized, I’m always behind, I’m a people pleaser, I’m weak, I’m too much, I’m not enough…
We’re more than halfway through. You just keep showing up. Well done.
