If you are anything like me all day long, your thoughts probably rattle around in your brain. To do lists, worst case scenarios, predictions, regrets, could haves, should haves, would haves.
A fantastic tool I have learned to use is something called a brain dump. There is something that happens when instead of letting it rattle around, I take it out and look at it. These thoughts breed in the darkness, when brought into the light they lose their power.
Today you are going to experience the relief of doing your very own brain dump.
You just made space in your own mind. Tomorrow, we are going to fill some of it back up, on purpose.
